PatientFYI Interview
How does your office help a patient understand their costs for Services, payment plan options, or use of their dental insurance?
our Financial Coordinator will sit down and will work out all cost's and services. We strive to make sure our patients know what procedures, cost, and services can improve their dental health
How do you educate your patients about the treatments they need and how to keep problems from reoccurring?
An essential element in creating beautiful smiles is education. Dr. Bond's passion for his work compels him to seek state-of-the-art knowledge of all aspects of dentistry. He is then motivated to share that information with you, the patient, so you can be fully engaged in your own dental health care strategies.
What do you do when there are multiple treatment options available for a patient's dental condition?
Our facility uses modern techniques and equipment to provide you with a clinically-advanced and comfortable dental procedure. Our team of professionals incorporates the use of our intra-oral cameras, digital x-rays and computer-charting programs to help develop the best plan possible. We also have a computerized bite evaluation program and shade-evaluation program to assist us in the best possible outcome for your dental procedures.
What kind of sedation & comfort techniques do you utilize?
Oral sedatives - A variety of oral medications (pills or liquids) can be used prior to your visit to reduce your anxiety level. For your safety, we will insist that you have arrangements to have someone drive you to the office and drive you home after treatment is complete. General Anesthesia - We work with a General Anesthesiologist that can be scheduled to come to our office for your dental appointment. This is a good option for patients who need extensive dental work and are extremely phobic or anxious.
What is your Appointment Cancellation Policy?
48hr notice or $50 fee will occur for every hour.

Personal Background
My greatest pleasure and challenge in life lies in raising my beautiful daughter Erika. Our special bond and love for each other gives tremendous meaning to my life and provides me with much happiness, pride and gratitude. Looking at life as a gift, I find myself continually in the process of learning, growing and changing through metaphysical and wisdom training, interpersonal communication and living a purpose driven-principle centered, Holistic lifestyle. By nature, I tend to be an outdoorsman and recreation enthusiast. I enjoy boating, hiking, skiing, camping, biking, beachcombing and fishing to name a few. Otherwise, you might often see me in general fitness activities such as running, gym exercise, yoga, tennis, golf or swimming. I grew up as a sport enthusiast, but gradually have evolved into a more fitness minded, occasional athlete. On the quieter, potentially more dominant side, I gravitate to many different forms of intellectual pursuits, such as reading, art, music, theater and random subject lectures. I delight in traveling both abroad and domestically, and hope to continue to broaden my awareness of the world by circling the globe someday.

The Hollywood Smile

Bonnie came to us wanting a “Hollywood Smile”! She also wanted to smile more confidently. She received a complete set of porcelain veneers and crowns on her upper arch and also received numerous lower crowns and lower teeth whitening. She now has the bright, vibrant smile she has always wanted: a “Smile By Bond”! "Thank you so much for your wonderful work! I feel like I've had a face lift! People have complimented me every day. My confidence is up and my worries about future major problems are gone. I actually look forward to coming and seeing you! Thank you, again & it has been such a pleasure"!

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate my new smile. I was very apprehensive at first about getting porcelain veneers but you took the time to walk me through the procedures and helped me feel comfortable with my decision. As a Finish Carpenter, I take pride in my work, and that is something I admire and appreciate in you and your staff. Even though I’m a patient, you treated me like a friend and this personal touch sets you apart from the rest. Thanks again for my new smile.

Zoom Whitening and Veneers

Cheryl wanted a brighter, fresher smile. We achieved her fabulous results with ZOOM teeth whitening and 10 upper porcelain veneers. She is someone that experienced a dramatic result with the ZOOM teeth whitening, lightening approximately 7 shades! She’s currently had her veneers and beautiful new smile for about six years.
