After helping the Patient determine the cost of their chosen Treatment(s), we process any Dental Insurance benefits that they have and facilitate any Patient-Financing options that they would like access to. |

How do you educate your patients about the treatments they need and how to keep problems from reoccurring? Our Doctors & Staff provide demonstrations for our Patients on how they can best maximize their dental health and we also provide them with easy-to-read educational materials. |

What do you do when there are multiple treatment options available for a patient's dental condition? We make sure our Patients understand every Treatment option they have available and then work closely with them to determine the Treatment Plan that can best meet their specific needs. |

What labs do you use for your restoration services (e.g. Crowns & Bridges) and do you provide patients with a choice of labs? We use local labs in the area. |

What kind of sedation & comfort techniques do you utilize? We utilize a variety of techniques and approaches that are designed to maximize the comfort of all of our Patients. |

What is your Appointment Cancellation Policy? We request 48 hours notice should you need to cancel your appointment. We request one week notice for surgery. |
