We tell them what their estimated dental benefits & Out-Of-Pocket will be, we file their Dental Insurance claims for them and we present any Financing Plans that they can apply for through our Practice. |

We utilize Patient Education technology (videos, animations, etc.), Our Doctors and/or Staff presents key information & demonstrations and we present our Patients with handouts (pamphlets, etc.) for them to take home. |

Melodie Hardy, Office Manager Has been with us for 7 years! Melodie Hardy -Practice Administrator- will help you when no one else knows the answer. With over 20 years dental experience, she knows the policies and guidelines that help a dental office run like a business. She says its a pleasure to come to work each day when you a;re working with such a friendly, competent staff. Melodie and her husband, Dennis, live in Wells, Maine and have 3 grown children and 2 granddaughters. Her spare time is spent enjoying her family, gardening, reading, travel, sewing and outdoor sports including kayaking, snow shoeing and mountain hiking. She is an active volunteer in her church and community, and loves to cook and entertain. If you need to know something about all inclusive destinations in the Caribbean, she is the office expert. |

Deb , Office Financing Coordinator Has been with us for 5 years! Deb -Patient Financial Co-ordinator- brought over 20 years of dental experience when she started at Portsmouth Dental Studios in 2004. She enjoys helping our patients with their insurance questions. Her smiling face will be there when you check out and she will make sure you leave the office appointment with no question unresolved concerning your care. She enjoys the atmosphere of this office. The friendliness of the staff and patients is the best part of her work day. She grew up a military brat and traveled a lot in the continental U. S. and overseas. She likes New England best. She lives in Eliot with her teenage son, Nick. Her older son, Ben, lives in Massachusetts. Reading is her passion. She enjoys murder mysteries best. She is happiest when surrounded by friends and family and loves to cook and entertain. Going to antique markets and finding treasures is one of her favorite pastimes. |

Rhonda , Hygienist Has been with us for 10 years! Rhonda is a native of Portsmouth and owns her own home here. She is "mom " to her two "boys", Boston terrier, Stitch and Pug, Leo. Rhonda loves to travel and experience new foods and wines. Her favorite vacation spots include sailing the British Virgin Islands and enjoying the culture of Italy. She stays active with a membership at Planet Fitness and Portsmouth Athletic Club. She loves her profession and her patients. She has been with us for over 10 years and is a graduate of New Hampshire Technical Institute. |

Lori Sullivan, Hygienist Lori has worked with this practice for over 20 years. She enjoys catching up with all the patients who she has seen for years, and getting to know the new ones. She has a wonderful husband and son and they enjoy spending as much time as possible at their family camp in Oxford, Maine. |

Gail Bigelow, Hygienist Has been with us for 5 years! Gail started at our practice in 2004, fresh out of hygiene school at the University of New England. She enjoys the relaxed atmosphere at this office, and the fact that the staff gets along so well, and can voice their opinions and be heard. Gail likes educating her patients about the importance of good oral health. She lives in Dover with her husband and two young sons, and loves “hanging out” with her family. |

Joy Goupil, Assistant Has been with us for 11 years! Joy has worked for Dr. Albright for 25 years and has been with Portsmouth Dental Studios for 5 years and counting. She enjoys meeting and getting to know her patients. She appreciates the positive attitude in our office and the quality of the dentistry done here. Joy is married and lives in Kittery. She enjoys boating, beaching and any sun filled activity. She keeps the entire staff in stitches with her quick wit. |

Patty Pafford, Assistant Has been with us for 9 years! Patty has been with Portsmouth Dental Studios since 2003, and before that with Dr. Porter. She enjoys coming to work to an office filled with smiles and laughter. In addition to her dental assisting job, she is studying for a career (yet to be determined). Patty lives in Greenland with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys time with family and friends, and relaxing at their lake cottage. |

Shannon Garwich, Hygienist Shannon relocated to Portsmouth from the Monadnock Region to work at Portsmouth Dental Studios. A graduate of New Hampshire Technical Institute, she has since received certification in local anesthesia at Sacrament Community College. Shannon has been with us since 2004, and enjoys educating and treating her patients. Shes an adventurous spirit, loves to travel and enjoys all outdoor activities, including, but not limited to mountain biking and skiing. |
