How does your office help a patient understand their costs for Services, payment plan options, or use of their dental insurance? Our team will evaluate the coverage options that the Patient has available to them so that we can give them the best estimate possible. We then review the treatment plan with the Patient so that they can reduce their out-of-pocket costs as much as possible – while still receiving the great services they need. |

How do you educate your patients about the treatments they need and how to keep problems from reoccurring? Our Doctor and Clinical Team go over all of the treatment findings with the Patient and we ensure that all Cleaning appointments include Oral Hygiene instructions. |

What do you do when there are multiple treatment options available for a patient's dental condition? We review in detail all of the options and their qualitative outcomes, we then work with the Patient to ensure that their dental services stay within their budgetary needs. |

What labs do you use for your restoration services (e.g. Crowns & Bridges) and do you provide patients with a choice of labs? We work with local Labs that meet our high-standards for each Patient’s individual needs. |

What kind of sedation & comfort techniques do you utilize? We make a variety of services & conveniences available to our Patients to ensure that they remain comfortable throughout their entire treatment. |

Do you treat children and, if so, how do you help them feel comfortable? Absolutely – our staff is trained to work with kids of all ages to keep them calm, comfortable and motivated to take great care of their teeth. |
