Find out about the free whitening for life before you go!. I went for my annual checkup. No problems with the xrays, etc. Was given an list of things I need to have done and was given financing options. When I didn't seem interested (because I have other dental care options), I didn't even get a regular cleaning and was told that the free whitening for life would begin after I returned to get the other work completed. Did I miss the fine print or something?

All of the people I interacted with at DentalWorks were friendly and knowledgeable. I really felt at ease during procedures and cleanings. They have state of the art equipment. Dr. Jennings made sure my dental work was excellent and high quality. My experience was just superb.

I am very upset with my experience their. Sadly, my job switched and I switched insurances and my long time dentist isn't in my plan anymore. I heard about them being like a factory but decided to try because I really need a cleaning. So a few weeks ago I went. Overall the office is pretty clean and even the dentist seemed ok, but my first impressions were with a woman named Irene and let me tell you she is rude. I was talked down to because she told me I was late, but I just came in the time they scheduled me. SHe argued with me which I think is totally wrong since they are the ones that told me to come in at that time. Then after waiting 20 minutes she told me my insurance wasn't good and I would have to pay out of pocket, and all this was in front of other people in the waiting area. After I asked her to try again it turned out that she entered the wrong information. I was embarrassed in front of other people for nothing. I spent the next hour kind of upset that I was treated rudely when I first came in. The dentist told me about a few cavities and then I was put in a room with the same woman again who seemed like she had some quota to fill. I just felt like she was out to get me to sign up with some credit plan and was all about money and putting me into a appointment. No way am I going back their again. I was their for 2 hours! and they didn't even clean my teeth. I want to go somewhere where I am welcome.

For years, I delayed going to the Dentist out of fear, even though I was very much in need of dental restoration. Eventually, I decided to face my fears and made an appointment with Dr. Jennings. Dr. Jennings has performed Root Canal Therapy on three of my teeth thus far, and through each procedure I have been very satisfied at the level of care that Dr. Jennings and his staff have provided.
