We tell them what their estimated dental benefits & Out-Of-Pocket will be. We file their Dental Insurance claims for them. We present any Financing Plans that they can apply for through our Practice.
How do you educate your patients about the treatments they need and how to keep problems from reoccurring?
We utilize Patient Education technology (videos, animations, etc.).Our Doctors and/or Staff presents key information & demonstrations . We present our Patients with handouts (pamphlets, etc.) for them to take home.
What do you do when there are multiple treatment options available for a patient's dental condition?
Yes: And then we work with them to determine the best course of treatment.
What labs do you use for your restoration services (e.g. Crowns & Bridges) and do you provide patients with a choice of labs?

This patient had a large diastima (gap) in between his top, two front teeth,and a dark and discolored tooth. This patient was also missing a tooth on his lower arch. The restoration consisted of the patient bleaching the teeth, getting a bridge on the lower arch, and a combination of crowns and veneers on the upper arch.

This patient wanted to change the color, shape, and size of her top, front teeth. This was accomplished using a combination of crowns and veneers!

Ann, Office Manager

Ann's dental career began in June of 1990. She began as a pediatric dental assistant and she has practiced as a clinical assistant for 17 years. Ann joined our practice in April of 2000. She transitioned from clinical dental assisting to Office and Patient Coordinator in February of 2007. Ann is a Virginia born resident and currently resides in the Midlothian area.

Mary, Dental Hygienist

Mary began her dental career in 1989 as a dental assistant. In 1983, Mary received her degree in Dental Hygeine from Norther Virginia Community College. She has worked with our practice since June of 1996. Mary was born and raised in Northern Virginia and she currently resides in the south side of Richmond.

Elizabeth, Dental Hygienist

Elizabeth has been working in dentistry for over 30 years. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygeine, from the Medical College of Virginia, in the spring of 1996. Prior to receiving her R.D.H., Elizabeth worked as a dental assistant and an administrator. Elizabeth joined our practice January of 2008. Elizabeth was born and raised in the Midlothian area.

Angela, Dental Assistant

Angela began her dental career in 1989. She became a certified surgical technician in 1993 and worked with oral surgeons providing a variety of oral-facial surgeries. For the past 10 years Angela has been practicing general dentisrty as a clinical dental assistant. Angela joined our practice August 2009. Angela was born and raised in Midlothian, Virginia.
