We tell them what their estimated dental benefits & Out-Of-Pocket will be, we file their Dental Insurance claims for them and we present any Financing Plans that they can apply for through our Practice. |

We utilize Patient Education technology (videos, animations, etc.), Our Doctors and/or Staff presents key information & demonstrations and we present our Patients with handouts (pamphlets, etc.) for them to take home. |

We present our Patients every possible treatment approach and then work with them to determine the Treatment Plan that best meets their individual needs. |

Medical Education
University of Miami and Fairleigh Dickinson University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree with honors. After graduation, he went on to attend Georgetown University for dental medicine in Washington D.C., graduating in 1979.Special Training
Dr. Gross has attended well over 1500 hours of continuing education to keep current and advance the availability of sophisticated procedures in his office.He is a founding member of the Westchester Advanced Reconstructive and Cosmetic Group and Dr. Gross is one of the very few dentists to obtain an I.V. Sedation License.
Personal Background
William Gross was born in Jersey City, NJ and grew up in West New York, NJ. Married for 21 years, he and his wife Brenda are the parents of four children: Rebecca, Alex, Eric, and Chelsea. Other members of the family are his two West Highland white terriers, Lovey and Sugar, two Yorkshire terriers Simon and Ginger, and his quarter horse, Romeo. In his off hours, William enjoys travel, photography, scuba diving, horseback riding, fitness, and cars.
